A man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly driving under the influence and hitting a Louisville Metro Police cruiser while its lights were on earlier in the month.
Apele Raphael, 27, is now facing several charges, including wanton endangerment, criminal mischief, driving under the influence and more stemming from the December 19 incident. According to court documents, Louisville Metro Police officers were assisting another vehicle and having it towed when Raphael hit the Louisville Metro Police Department unit.
