LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A pool company owner who is accused of defrauding customers in several Louisville area counties is getting more prison time.
Tracy Davenport was back in court Monday, this time in Shelby Circuit Court. She made a deal with prosecutors, avoiding trial in Shelby County and pleading guilty to theft charges.
Part of the deal is that she will spend eight years in prison. She’s facing federal charges too, so her time in prison will run concurrent with the federal time she will eventually get…
