LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A crash has blocked all lanes on I-265 West near mile marker 12.7, at Smyrna Parkway, officials reported Friday night.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said the crash, involving two vehicles, occurred at 9:58 p.m.
