LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Authorities are investigating the death of an inmate at a southern Indiana jail.
According to Indiana State Police, Washington County Jail officials said they found an incarcerated man, identified as 61-year-old David Elliott of Georgetown, unresponsive in his bunk around 4 p.m. Sunday.
