Bomb threat prompts evacuation of libraries at University of Louisville, Murray State

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Faculty and students were asked Monday afternoon to avoid the area around libraries on the University of Louisville and Murray State University campus after a reported bomb threat.

U of L spokesperson John Karman said a RAVE alert was shared at 2:15 p.m. to evacuate libraries on campus until further notice due to a “safety concern.”

According to Karman, bomb threats have apparently been made also at other university libraries across the country…
