LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A Louisville man was arrested and charged after police say he walked into a Thornton’s gas station and flashed a fake badge in order to steal coffee and donuts.
The incident occurred on Jan. 9 at the Thornton’s on Cane Run Road. According to officials, James Sullivan walked into the gas station and picked up donuts and poured himself a coffee. That’s not a crime, but what police say happened next is.
