LOUISVILLE, Ky. — While JCPS figures out its tight budget, job cuts are on the way. While most proposed cuts come out of the central office, neighborhood schools could see fewer people supporting the classroom.
“The proposed budget cuts will directly impact schools and students,” Greenwood Elementary teacher Kenzie Wilcox told WHAS11. “Schools will lose funding for staff, materials and programs that have direct impact on student success.”
