LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Lifelong Louisvillian Mark Pence has seen the city change before his very eyes.
The college graduate and chef who runs a nonprofit based in community activism said he’s struggled for nearly a decade with finding housing as a recipient of a Section 8 voucher.
