LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A lawsuit related to the UPS cargo plane crash has been filed on behalf of the 15th victim.
Alain Rodriguez Colina was working on Nov. 4 when UPS flight 2976 crashed shortly after takeoff. Rodriguez Colina was in the hospital with serious injuries for weeks and later passed away on Christmas Day.
According to the lawsuit filed by Clifford Law Offices along with Louisville attorney Sam Agiuar, he is survived by his only child, a 16-year-old daughter…
