Jefferson County evictions suspended until February due to dangerously cold temperatures

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office says the enforcement of evictions has been suspended due to the dangerously cold temperatures.

A statement from the sheriff’s office says that the suspension on evictions and set-outs will be in place until February 2, 2026.
