LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Mayor Craig Greenberg says a Louisville resident has died as a result the arctic weather gripping WAVE Country.
In a social media post, Greenberg identified the victim as Richard Marshall, 55.
“Louisville, with a heavy heart, I can confirm that we have lost a member of our community due to the extreme cold temperatures. Our hearts are with the family and loved ones of Richard Marshall.
