LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A Jefferson County Public Schools mother said the school bus her children were riding Tuesday morning slid off the road as it was going up a hill and got stuck on snow and ice.
“Honestly, I was at work and my heart just dropped to my stomach,” Erika Smallwood confessed.
