Louisville council members consider more snow removal funding after storm leaves roads untreated

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Nearly two weeks after a massive winter storm hit the Louisville Metro area, some roads remain covered in snow and ice despite designated snow routes getting multiple passes by the Metro Snow Team.

The prolonged freezing temperatures have prompted some Metro Council members to consider increasing funding for additional road treatment after winter storms.
