LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Some Louisville neighborhoods still don’t have regular postal delivery service nearly two weeks after a winter storm, forcing customers to wait hours in line at local post offices to retrieve their mail and packages.
Stephanie Rawls waited four hours in line on Friday just to get her mail at a Pleasure Ridge Park post office.
“Earlier when I was here, the line was all the way back there to the blue lockers,” Rawls said. “And it’s not really moving. The only time it moves is when somebody leaves the line and leaves.”…
