ASHLAND, Ky. — A Louisville man is expected to plead guilty to a reduced charge stemming from his arrest in Magoffin County on drug charges.
Robert Earl Pilgrim, 36, was pulled over in Magoffin County in August of 2023 and found in possession of a large amount of meth. He was indicted by a federal grand jury in 2024 on a charge of possession of more than 500 grams of meth with the intent to distribute.
Under a signed plea agreement filed in his case, Pilgrim and prosecutors have agreed that he will plead guilty to a lesser charge of possession of more than 50 grams of meth with the intent to distribute.
