LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Authorities have launched a death investigation after a woman was found experiencing medical issues Thursday morning on a Louisville street.
At 9:04 a.m., LMPD First Division officers responded to a report of a person down near 26th Street and Muhammad Ali Boulevard.
Police later canceled responding officers after EMS transported the woman to University Hospital for treatment of unspecified medical issues…
