LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Joanie Bernard Foundation gave the Kentucky Humane Society a $1 million grant Tuesday.
The money will go towards supporting and naming the Spay/Neuter Incentive Program (S.N.I.P.) clinic at the humane society’s new community campus scheduled to open in Louisville in 2027.
KHS said the clinic will allow them to perform 13,000 surgeries every year…
