LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The Louisville Metro Police Department has made an arrest in what they describe as a serial ‘nicotine bandit.’
Police posted a surveillance photo of a male who was wanted for repeatedly burglarizing the Family Dollar in Portland and taking a ton of cigarettes.
