Mid-City Market to replace the Highlands’ Mid-City Mall after 62 years

The Highlands’ Mid-City Mall, which has been on the market since 2024, just sold to Branch Properties, a firm that builds and runs “grocery-anchored shopping centers,” according to their website.

“It’s going to be a big plus for the neighborhood,” Sandy Metts, the property’s owner, said in an interview.
