LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – An attempt to serve an eviction notice at a residence led to a grim discovery: two dogs that had been dead and decomposing inside the home for an extended period.
Destiny Morgan, 35, turned herself in to authorities and now faces two counts of Cruelty to Animals 2nd Degree and one count of Torture of a Dog or Cat, according to Louisville Metro Police Department records…
