The widow of one of the three pilots who died in the UPS cargo plane crash in Kentucky last November has filed a suit against companies affiliated with the Boeing MD-11F aircraft.

On Wednesday, Feb. 25, lawyers representing Donna Diamond, the wife of the late Capt. Dana Diamond, filed a complaint against the Boeing Company, the maker of the plane, General Electric Company, the manufacturer of the engine, and VT San Antonio Aerospace, Inc., which serviced the plane in the weeks before the crash in Louisville, Ky., according to documents obtained by PEOPLE.

The complaint, which was filed with the Jefferson Circuit Court in Kentucky, makes claims for wrongful death, negligence, loss of consortium and associated damages against the three companies after Dana, a 62-year-old pilot, died in the apocalyptic crash…
