Volunteers honor Muhammad Ali with alley cleanup in Louisville’s Parkland neighborhood

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A group of volunteers came together Saturday in honor of the great Muhammad Ali.

Councilwoman Tammy Hawkins and residents of the Parkland neighborhood to revitalize a rundown alley behind the home where Muhammad Ali grew up on Grand Avenue.

They weren’t just celebrating a cleaner ally but also wanted to showcase how residents can take ownership of their space and take pride in their neighborhood…
