Man accused of killing man, dog in Old Louisville released from hospital to corrections

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A man accused of killing a man and a dog in Old Louisville is now in jail after being released from the hospital.

Charles Gerlach is now in the Louisville Metro Government Department of Corrections and appeared in front of a judge Wednesday who entered a not guilty plea on his behalf.
