Louisville committee advances funding to repair King Louis XVI statue

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Labor and Economic Development Committee of Metro Council has approved a resolution to set aside money to restore the King Louis XVI statue that once stood at the corner of Sixth and Jefferson streets in downtown Louisville.
