According to a release, the foundation is launching the Repeat Offender Initiative, a collaborative effort bringing law enforcement, prosecutors and community partners together to focus on people with multiple felony convictions. The initiative aligns with the Safe Louisville program, which Mayor Craig Greenberg, D-Louisville, launched in 2025.
