LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WKRC) – A Kentucky woman pleaded guilty to defrauding dozens of pool business customers.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Western District of Kentucky, 51-year-old Tracy Davenport of Louisville has pleaded guilty to defrauding more than 50 customers through her pool business, a scheme that prosecutors say left victims out thousands of dollars after paying large down payments for pool installations that never happened as promised.
Davenport pleaded guilty on Feb. 19, 2026, to wire fraud, bankruptcy fraud and money laundering in a 19-count indictment, according to court documents…
