LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A 16-year-old girl has died after being hit by two vehicles while attempting to cross Cane Run Road Tuesday morning.
Louisville Metro Police responded to a report of a vehicle collision involving a pedestrian on Cane Run at Teakwood Circle. Officers arrived to find a 16-year-old girl who was pronounced dead at the scene.
LMPD’s preliminary investigation determined that she was not on a crosswalk as she was crossing Cane Run Road and was hit by two southbound vehicles. However, there are no clearly marked crosswalks in the area, which is in front of a TARC and JCPS bus stop…
