Kentucky – A warm breeze moves through downtown Louisville this morning, rattling flags along the Ohio River and signaling a rapidly strengthening spring storm system. Temperatures will surge into the mid-70s today, but powerful winds will soon dominate conditions across central Kentucky and southern Indiana.
According to the National Weather Service in Louisville, a Wind Advisory begins at 9 a.m. and continues into early Monday across Jefferson County and surrounding areas.
