LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A grand jury has upgraded the charges against a man police say caused a crash that killed 61-year-old Christopher Nauert.
Arnold Josue Quijada-Vega was first charged in 2024 with vehicular homicide while under the influence. On March 12, court records show a grand jury indicted him on a murder charge.
He also faces charges of tampering with physical evidence, leaving the scene of a crash involving death/serious injury, DUI, no operator’s license, no insurance, and speeding 26 mph over the limit, records show…
