LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The woman accused of running someone over while leaving the scene of a shooting appeared in court Wednesday — but the judge stepped aside.
Officers responded at 3:26 a.m. Saturday, March 7, to a report of a shooting in the 1000 block of Bardstown Road. At the scene, police were told the victim, an adult male, had already been taken to UofL Hospital by private vehicle. Officials say he was shot in the leg and is expected to survive.
LMPD says later that day, around 1:30 p.m., officers were notified by the hospital that a second victim had arrived by private vehicle and was being treated after being shot and hit by a car that fled the scene…
