LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The Big Four Bridge was dressed in red and blue Saturday, after police responded to a third incident there in two weeks.
LMPD officials broke up what witnesses say were fights at the bridge involving “mostly, if not entirely, unaccompanied juveniles.”
