KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) — A call about a man passed out in the roadway Tuesday led deputies to a suspected drug and DUI arrest.
A deputy responded to Ascot Drive and found a man lying in the middle of the road. The man began to regain consciousness and appeared to have minor cuts on his knee.
While at the scene, the deputy noticed a vehicle parked in the driveway of the West Knox Volunteer Fire Rescue Department with the passenger door open and keys still in the ignition.
