LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Three days into its Spring Meet, Keeneland announced the death of a horse Wednesday.
During the final race of the day, High Go and jockey Tyler Gaffalione had an incident on the backstretch. According to an Equibase race chart, High Go fell at the 5/8-mile pole. The horse was injured, and an equine ambulance responded.
