LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Three people, including a young teen, have been arrested after a shooting in downtown Louisville over the weekend.
Louisville Metro Police (LMPD) said a man was found shot in the foot Saturday afternoon in the 200 block of East Broadway Street.
The victim was taken to the University of Louisville Hospital to be treated and is expected to survive his injuries…
