LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Louisville police are looking for a 27-year-old man last seen in March.
According to Operation Return Home, Carlos Salazar Morales was last seen March 19, 2026, in the 200 block of West Liberty Street. That’s in downtown Louisville.
Police said his family hasn’t been able to contact him and they fear for his safety…
