NTSB to hold 2-day investigative hearing into fatal UPS crash in Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) announced on Thursday they will be holding an investigative hearing about the fatal UPS crash that happened in Louisville.

Investigative hearings allow board members to get sworn testimony from witnesses identified by the investigative team, according to the NTSB’s website.

On Nov. 4 a UPS plane, later identified as a McDonnell Douglas MD-11, crashed in Louisville shortly after takeoff. A total of 15 people were killed, including the three crewmembers, and more than 20 others were injured…
