LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – For the few people driving the speed limit on W. Pages Lane Tuesday, the mess from a deadly crash the night before was easy to spot.
LMPD says a man on a bicycle was hit by a driver around 8:20 the night before. The man was then dragged nearly a mile down the road before the driver called police.
