LOUISVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — New lawsuits were filed Wednesday, seven months after a deadly plane crash at Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport in November 2025.
According to a complaint, 15 lawsuits were filed on May 6 against UPS, Boeing, and General Electric Co., representing victims who were killed or injured, as well as businesses affected by the crash.
Court documents show UPS Flight 2976, an MD-11 cargo plane, was scheduled to depart Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport for Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu at about 5:15 p.m. on Nov. 4, 2025.
