LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Owners of downtown Louisville’s Heyburn Building were hit with violations this week after chunks of the exterior fell from the structure.
Department of Codes and Regulations spokeswoman Emily Martin confirmed Friday the chief building inspector surveyed the property this week and spoke with the owner. Martin said a code enforcement officer issued violations.
According to online records, the 98-year-old building is owned by Chicago-based IBC Property Holdings LLC. Their attorney declined to comment to WHAS11…
