LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Independence Seekers Project held their annual “Unconference” Sunday to talk about life with disabilities and autonomy.
Between Medicaid cuts and rising transportation costs like the recent TARC fare increase, they argued it’s leaving people with disabilities less freedom and income.
