LUBBOCK, TX (NEWS RELEASE) – On Tuesday, June 9, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) will convert the intersection of FM 1585 and Milwaukee Avenue to an all-way stop. Currently, southbound traffic on Milwaukee Avenue is required to stop.
As part of this change, stop signs will be installed to require both east- and westbound traffic on FM 1585 to stop as well. “Stop ahead” warning signs will be added to alert drivers to the new traffic configuration…
