LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A Bexar County judge has granted a temporary injunction locking down assets and dozens of companies tied to Lubbock businessman Joshua Allen — a new legal step in an going case involving Lubbock investors who say Allen defrauded them.
The order, signed June 12, 2026, by Judge Norma Gonzales of the 131st Judicial District Court in Bexar County, blocks Allen, his company Allen Financial Agency, and Landzacha Holdings from selling, transferring, or otherwise moving any assets while the case moves toward trial.
The injunction is a response to the Court-appointed receiver’s request filed on May 29, 2026, which KCBD reported on as part of our ongoing Testing Trust investigation.
