The South Carolina Gamecocks are continuing to stay hot on the recruiting trail, folks. On Sunday evening, the Gamecocks added their 13th member to the 20227 recruiting class in landing three-star linebacker Jackson Ross.
The Columbia, S.C. prospect who plays high school football out of the nearby Hammond School decided to stay home with his commitment. Despite having two other final schools in Vanderbilt and Texas Tech, he chose the school he grew up rooting for.
Ross also has family ties to the Gamecocks as his father, David Ross, played basketball for South Carolina from 1997-2001…
