LUBBOCK, Texas — 45-year-old, Thomas Apodaca, was arrested by Lubbock Police Department on July 3, 2026, for criminal mischief.
Multiple people saw Apodaca go to different cars and bash at them in the Kohl’s parking lot near 98th street and Indiana Avenue.
He ended up damaging a decent number of cars in this short period and a lady who witnessed this incident told EverythingLubbock.com she believed the man was ‘crazy’ and that he’s angry taking it out on these cars or that he was on something.
At this time, Apodaco is held in the Lubbock County Detention Center with his bond set at $2,500.00…
