LUBBOCK, Texas — Meghen Farmer, 38, and Manuel Edward Guevara, 44, were arrested after authorities found more than 10 pounds of meth during a Lubbock traffic stop, according to court documents.
Court records said on Thursday, Farmer and Guevara were pulled over by the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office at I-27 and Utah Street for going 85 mph in a 75 mph zone.

Court documents said after speaking with the occupants, law enforcement grew suspicious. A K-9 sniffed around the vehicle and had a positive alert for narcotics. When the vehicle was searched, authorities found 10 large plastic bags full of meth. Court records said the substance was field tested and weighed 10.23 pounds.
Farmer and Guevara were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. As of Friday, they each remained at the Lubbock County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond…
