LEDA says no current data center plans for recently acquired North Lubbock land

LUBBOCK, Texas — The Lubbock Economic Development Alliance (LEDA) has received approval for two key initiatives from Lubbock City Council.

First, LEDA was granted a zoning designation for 54.2 acres of land located north of Keuka Street and west of I-27. The request for LEDA to annex approximately 7.92 acres of land situated south of Drew Street and west of I-27 has also been approved.
