LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock Police Department officials say they responded to a report of a robbery at the South Plains Mall Saturday evening.
The initial call came in at approximately 7 p.m. on August 15. Through the initial course of the investigation, authorities say it appears that two unknown suspects followed a juvenile victim into a restroom.
