Lubbock man arrested in Waco after 133 pounds of marijuana, $6,804 found in truck

WACO, Texas (KWTX) – A Lubbock man is facing a money laundering charge charge after DPS troopers in Waco found 133 pounds of marijuana and thousands of dollars in a car he was driving, an affidavit states.

Cole Bleu Jones, 42, is charged with possession of marijuana and money laundering. He is currently out on a $70,000 bond.

On Sept. 4, a Texas Department of Public Safety trooper conducted a traffic stop near milepost 346 on Interstate 35 after Cole was allegedly spotted driving in the left lane without passing.

That stretch of highway is clearly marked “Left Lane for Passing Only,” the affidavit states…
