LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Texas DPS is honoring the life and service of Trooper Kevin Ramirez Vasquez with the dedication of a granite monument in his memory.
It will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Texas Department of Public Safety at 2405 S. Loop 250 W. Everyone is welcome.
