LUBBOCK, Texas — The Lubbock County Commissioners Court regular meeting being set for Monday, September 21, 2026, and has released an agenda of items they will discuss, including payroll irregularities involving Lubbock County.
According to the agenda, 5.00 will discuss, consider and or take action to sign a resolution supporting the Lubbock County Criminal District Attorney’s request that the Texas Rangers Division of the Texas Department of Public Safety conduct an independent investigation to apparent payroll irregularity involving Lubbock County.
